ABSTRACT

The White Paper is the firm’s internal methodology for organizing a complex case before it becomes a pile of files. It is not a rule issued by USCIS or the Department of State.

01

The Human Core

The person, objective, and facts come before the visa label. Narrative means listening, separating a life and career story into verifiable facts, and reconnecting the relevant parts so they can be read and tested against the evidence.

02

Business

We begin with commercial reality: what the company does, its customers, revenue model, people, existing operations, and future plans.

03

Narrative and evidence

Narrative organizes facts. Each material claim should have an evidentiary address, such as a corporate record, invoice, contract, publication, declaration, financial document, or independent source.

04

Legal framework and consular thinking

Once the business system is clear, it is returned to the law: what must be proven, what is missing, and what is irrelevant. Consular thinking also asks how the case reads from the outside and whether the applicant can explain it consistently.

05

The final business plan

The objective is a document in which the numbers, organization, strategy, and evidence say the same thing. Design supports readability; it does not replace substance.
